Professional English Language School (ESL) , Study English at PC TECH in New York City. PC TECH is a career school authorized by the New York State Education Department and ACCET (Accrediting Council For Continuing Education & Training), offering English learning programs to help individuals learn English as a second language.
In December 2014, the school relocated to the financial district in downtown Manhattan, to the neighborhood that surrounds the brand new Fulton Center and iconic Wall Street.
