Here at PC TECH we use the monologue method to help our students learn English quickly and efficiently. Many students have expressed positive feelings about the use of the monologue method, as well as the lively and interactive classes available at PC TECH. Our classes offer students the opportunity to speak and communicate with each other and their instructor.
What is the Monologue Method?
Keep talking, talking and taking!
Charlie Chaplin, who was a movie actor, director, and screen writer, first began using the monologue method when he was training for his first speaking role in the movie, “Dictator”. He would practice by talking to his associates and friends on a specific subject, giving himself a time-limit in order to improve on his diction and speaking.
That is the point of the monologue method. By talking as much as possible in class, you are able to improve quickly, the way Charlie Chaplin did.
