What documents do I have to prepare for enrollment?
If you are enrolling from overseas:
- Enrollment agreement
- Bank statement
- I-20 Application form
- Affidavit support form (Only if bank statement is from your sponsor)
- Copy of your valid passport
If you are already in U.S.A and would like to transfer to PCTECH
- Enrollment agreement
- Bank statement
- I-20 Application form
- Affidavit support form (Only if bank statement is from your sponsor)
- Copy of your valid passport
- Transfer form
If you don't need I-20
- Enrollment agreement
