Learn Japanese before going to Japan
Like the idea of learning how to speak Japanese in Japan? You should! One of the best ways to learn how to speak another language is to totally submerge yourself in the culture, and what better way can you find to do that than by living in the country the language originated? That is why PC Tech has the study abroad program. This allows our students to live and learn in Japan. But it can be difficult to travel to a foreign country when you don’t know how to speak a word of the language.
Preparation Course
PC TECH has discovered a unique solution that allows those living in New York City to feel confident when they travel to Japan. We allow those that sign up for the study abroad program to take10 weeks’s worth of classes free! This way you can travel to Japan knowing that you will be able to ask where the bathroom is or how to get to your school. Traveling to another country is a lot more comfortable if you know the basics of the language, and PC TECH will make sure that you understand and can speak basic phrases before you travel to that distant land.
Japanse Language School in Japan
NILS, Nishinihon International Language School, has a program which is tailor made to suit any New Yorker. Any student who is going abroad to study at the NILS school in Japan will have the opportunity to take 10 weeks worth of Japanese language classes in the New York school so that they will feel better prepared to live in the beautiful country of Japan while they learn even more of the language and culture.
Starting in NYC
Those
who live in or near New York City have the unique opportunity to study and
begin their lessons in The Big Apple. Students enrolled in the Japanese
course in Fukuoka can take their first months worth of lessons at PC Tech.
There, students will be taught the basics of the language. They will learn
simple phrases so that they can get around much easier when they finally
travel to Japan.
Japanese has become one of the most popular languages to learn in recent years. As more and more movies, video games and animated cartoons stream into the homes of Americans, you just can’t help but wonder what the experience is like without the subtitles or voiceovers. PC TECH is proud to offer Japanese language courses so that students can learn the language and experience its beauty.
Curriculum
Students will learn the basics of Japanese pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and writing. The student is introduced to all of the basics of learning the language, and will learn many useful phrases that can be used on a daily basis or for traveling.
Students have the option of taking beginner and advanced courses. Both of these courses are available in twenty or forty hour schedules , and students are offered convenient and flexible schedules for day, evening or weekend classes. One session of classes is ten weeks. Classes may be group classes with three or more people, semi-private with two people, or private classes.
