MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) certifications. This
course lets you gain the expertise to confidently evaluate, design,
maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2008 solutions. It also demonstrates
your ability to use new features, including Web tools, virtualization
technologies, security enhancements, and management utilities.
To be certified MCTS :
Any one or all exam(s) can be taken to be MCTS certified. Each exam costs $125.00.

The Windows Server 2008 Active Directory course: covers concepts and skills related to installing, configuring and managing Windows Server 2008 Active Directory. Emphasizes on how administrative tasks are performed within Active Directory. It covers topics related to installing and managing trees and forests, configuring sites and replication, configuring group policy objects, planning and optimizing security for Active Directory reliability.
The Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure course: covers concepts and skills related to installation, configuring and managing the Server network infrastructure. It emphasizes on configuring IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, infrastructure support, administration, requirements and operational settings. It covers managing routing and remote access services, managing DHCP and DNS, configuring wireless access, network authentication and network access protection (NAP).
The Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure course: covers concepts and skills related to installation, configuring and managing Windows applications like SharePoint services, Deployment Services, Terminal Services and Internet Information Services. It also emphasizes on basic Windows roles and features required to support this functionality. It covers configuring additional communication services and using virtualization in windows.

Deployment Services (WDS). Configuring users and groups.
Configuring Disks: Basic and Dynamic. Managing and optimizing Windows
Vista. Configuring and optimizing network connectivity and troubleshooting.
It also covers simple to complex topics related to Configuring Desktop
settings like windows Aero and multi-language support, Vista applications
and configuring the Vista environment.
